Chiditarod 2008 looking for that special artistic someone to help design my T-shirt, patch, and flyers.
Urban iditarod, 2 years old, Chicago native with a bit of a wild side, seeks graphic designer, any age for mutually beneficial arrangement. In the past couple years I've gotten in a bit of a rut graphically, and my minimalistic shopping cart aesthetic just doesn't hold as much excitement for me as it did in the past. I'm looking to branch out and try something new in 2008 -- to spice up that old shopping cart motif with something that the hipster kids can really appreciate: rainbows, skeletons, ligers, irony, whatever's hot these days. For my t-shirt, I'm looking for a one-color silk-screenable design for either the front only or front and back of the shirt. For my patch, I'm looking for a design without too much small detail - something that would look good embroidered within a four-inch diameter circle. For the flyers, anything goes. Time flies, and I like to move fast, so I'll need to see what you've got by the end of the month. Looking forward to hearing from you!
