2009 Donations

Burners Without Borders (BWB) coalesced from a spontaneous, collective instinct to meet gaping needs where existing societal systems were clearly failing. Chicago BWB has assisted in distributing the food collected by the CHIditarod to food pantry programs operated in low-income areas of Chicago. Starting in 2009, the Chicago Anti-Hunger Federation became the recipient of the CHIditarod food drive.
